What pets do you cater for? Our feeding and sitting service covers all household pets (except arachnids and reptiles), we can also look after hens, horses and donkeys.
Are you insured? Yes your pets are fully covered, whilst in our care, against injury, loss and third party. You can view our policy by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.
What if my pet becomes injured or ill whilst in your care? We will always take them to your vet for treatment in the unlikely case of accident or injury our insurance will cover the cost. For general illness we will contact you first and follow your instructions, usually in these circumstances your vet will invoice you directly.
How can I pay? However you like! You can pay by cash, cheque or debit/credit card on the day. We are also happy to offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly accounts.
What surcharges apply for weekends and bank holidays? None, our prices stay the same.
Do we have to book a service in advance? Obviously booking in advance will guarantee the time of day you prefer. However we do operate a flexible service and can usually arrange a visit on the same day although obviously available time slots will be limited.
If I want to cancel last minute how much cancellation fee is payable? None, you are free to cancel same day if required with no penalty.
